British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW returned to the London Heathrow maintenance facility this morning after arriving as BA296 from Chicago. The aircraft had operated yesterday’s BA297/BA296 rotation following a week in the Heathrow maintenance facility.

British Airways B747-400 G-CIVW Returns from Cardiff Maintenance.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW, which has been under maintenance at Cardiff-Wales since November 28th, positioned Cardiff-Wales – London Heathrow late this morning as BA9174. The aircraft has been reconfigured from 14F/70J/30W/185Y to 14F/86J/30W/145Y with Panasonic eX3 IFE. It is the fourth aircraft to be so reconfigured.

Following the technical issue it encountered on 28th June, British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW departed Accra in the early hours of this morning operating the delayed BA78 Accra – London Heathrow of 28th June as BA78X.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW departed Houston this evening operating yesterday’s delayed BA196 Houston – London Heathrow as BA9607. Parts for the aircraft’s flaps problem were flown out on today’s BA195.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW departed Singapore this evening operating yesterday’s BA12 Singapore – London Heathrow using callsign BA12X.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVW arrived into Singapore today as BA11 from London Heathrow (depart London 15th October) however the return BA12 has been delayed overnight indicating a technical issue with the aircraft.
