British Airways A321 G-MEDG operating BA237 London Heathrow – Moscow Domodedovo (depart London Heathrow 16th January) diverted to Riga in the early hours of this morning due to weather at Moscow. The aircraft then returned Riga – London Heathrow still using the BA237 callsign. As a result BA236 Moscow Domodedovo – London Heathrow was cancelled.

British Airways A321 G-MEDG Returns from Gatwick Maintenance.

British Airways A321 G-MEDG, which has been under maintenance at London Gatwick since March 15th, positioned London Gatwick – London Heathrow this afternoon as BA9174. The aircraft has been fitted with a containerised baggage handling system and is therefore now compatible with T5 operations.

British Airways A321 G-MEDG operated BA149 London Heathrow – Beirut today, then instead of overnighting in Beirut positioned to Larnaca as BA149 where the outbound crew will overnight. The aircraft will then operate back to Beirut as BA148 early tomorrow morning in order to operate BA148 Beirut – London Heathrow as scheduled. This is due to heightened security concerns.

British Airways A321 G-MEDG arrived in Tel Aviv this morning as BA163 from London Heathrow (depart London 10th July), however the return BA162 has been cancelled indicating a technical issue with the aircraft.

British Airways A321 G-MEDG, which has been under maintenance at Madrid since 20th December, positioned Madrid – London Heathrow as BA9273 this afternoon newly repainted into Union Flag with Crest livery.

British Airways A320 G-MEDG operating BA159 London Heathrow – Tblisi – Almaty (depart London 4th December) operated Tblisi – Bishkek instead of Tblisi – Almaty this morning. The return BA158 will therefore originate in Bishkek.
