Following its diversion yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC departed Washington this afternoon continuing yesterday’s diverted BA177 London Heathrow – New York JFK, routing Washington – New York JFK as BA177. The aircraft then operated today’s scheduled BA182 New York JFK – London Heathrow.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Continues from Kuwait.

Following its fog diversion late on 30th December 2017, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC departed Kuwait this morning continuing the diverted BA125 London Heathrow -Bahrain of 30th December, routing Kuwait – Bahrain as BA125D. The aircraft then operated yesterday’s delayed BA124 Bahrain – London Heathrow as BA124D.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Operates Empty to Moscow.

BA233 London Heathrow – Moscow Domodedovo was cancelled this morning due to a technical issue with an unidentified Boeing 777-200ER, however British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC operated London Heathrow – Moscow Domodedovo as BA233 without passengers four hours after the scheduled departure in order to operate the delayed BA232 Moscow Domodedovo – London Heathrow.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Overnight Nairobi Delay.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC operated BA65 London Heathrow – Nairobi today with a delay of around two hours. This did not give the aircraft sufficient time to turn around before an overnight closure of the runway at Nairobi. The return BA64 will therefore operate tomorrow morning.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Returns from Houston.

Following the technical issue it encountered on 7th September, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC positioned Houston – London Heathrow in the early hours of this morning as BA9176. The aircraft went straight into the Heathrow maintenance facility on arrival.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Operates Delayed Accra Service.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC operated last night’s delayed BA81 London Heathrow – Accra this morning as BA81X. The aircraft will then overnight at Accra to allow crew minimum rest before operating tonight’s scheduled BA78 as a day flight tomorrow.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Operates Delayed Dubai Service.

British Airways Boeing 777-31HER G-VIIC operated yesterday’s delayed BA105 London Heathrow – Dubai late this morning as BA105X. The aircraft will then operate today’s delayed BA108 Dubai – London Heathrow in the early hours of tomorrow morning as BA108X.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC BA257 Heathrow Technical Return.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIC operating BA257 London Heathrow – Delhi was en route over Poland when it turned back to London Heathrow due to a technical issue with a hydraulic system. The flight was subsequently operated by sister G-YMMP.

British Airways B777-200ER G-VIIC Returns from Cardiff Maintenance.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-CIIV, which has been under maintenance at Cardiff-Wales since 3rd April, positioned Cardiff-Wales – London Heathrow this afternoon as BA9174. The aircraft is confirmed as being fitted with New First, refurbished Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins and THALES IFE. This means that G-VIIS is now the only B777-200ER in traffic which has not undergone the refurbishment.

British Airways Riyadh Service Switches to B747-400 Operation.

British Airways London Heathrow – Riyadh BA263/BA262 services switched from Boeing 777-200ER to Boeing 747-400 operation today and were also re-timed to operate around 7 hours earlier in each direction. Yesterday’s final Boeing 777-200ER rotation was operated by G-VIIC and today’s first Boeing 747-400 flights by G-BNLK.
