British Airways B747-400 G-BYGF BA116 Prestwick Diversion.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-BYGF operating BA116 New York JFK – London Heathrow (depart New York JFK 30th January) diverted to Prestwick this morning. This is shown as being due to weather at London Heathrow however the aircraft changed course before reaching the west coast of Ireland and did not continue to London Heathrow later.

British Airways B747-400 G-BYGF Returns to Service.

British Airways Boeing 747-438 G-BYGF, which has been at London Heathrow since returning from maintenance at London Stansted on 7th February, returned to service this afternoon operating BA113 London Heathrow – New York JFK.

British Airways B747-400 G-BYGF Returns from Cardiff Maintenance.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-BYGF, which has been under maintenance at Cardiff-Wales since 30th January, positioned Cardiff-Wales – London Heathrow this evening as BA9172. The aircraft has been reconfigured from 14F/70J/30W/185Y to 14F/86J/30W/145Y with Panasonic IFE. It is the seventh of eighteen aircraft to be reconfigured.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-BYGF arrived into Sao Paulo this morning as BA247 from London Heathrow (depart London Heathrow 8th February), however its scheduled return to London Heathrow as BA246 was cancelled this evening due to a technical issue.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-BYGF operating BA107 London Heathrow – Dubai stopped the climb over Dover, declared PAN and returned to London Heathrow due to an unruly passenger. The same aircraft operated the flight once the passenger had been removed.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-BYGF operating yesterday’s delayed BA26 Hong Kong – London Heathrow as BA26X departed Hong Kong early this afternoon local time but diverted to Beijing where it remained on the ground for two hours. This diversion appears to have been medical. The length of the stop in Beijing meant crew could not reach London Heathrow within their duty hours so the aircraft further diverted via Copenhagen where a new crew had been ferried in the meantime.
