British Airways B747-400 G-CIVC Returns from Cardiff Maintenance.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC which has been under maintenance at Cardiff-Wales since 8th January, positioned Cardiff-Wales – London Heathrow late tonight as BA9170. The aircraft has new seat coverings in Economy and Premium Economy and new Panasonic IFE throughout.

British Airways B747-400 G-CIVC Returns from Vancouver.

Following the technical issue it encountered on 9th December, British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC departed Vancouver late this morning routing Vancouver – Toronto – Prestwick as BA9176. This flight operated on three engines hence the aircraft was not able to position direct to London Heathrow. The aircraft was originally intended to route direct to London Heathrow but diverted to Prestwick due to weather.

British Airways B747-400 G-CIVC Kuwait Rescue Mission.

The aircraft has been repainted into white livery bit we cannot yet confirm whether it retains OneWorld titles.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC operating BA284 San Francisco – London Heathrow was on approach to Heathrow as 2,700 ft close to Richmond when it turned north and diverted to London Stansted. After around two hours on the ground at Stansted the aircraft was able to continue to Heathrow.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC, which has been out of service at Las Vegas since encountering a technical issue on 25th June, departed in the early hours of this morning operating yesterday’s delayed BA274 Las Vegas – London Heathrow.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPB Operates BA Charter.

QANTAS Airbus A330-300 VH-QPB operated an additional Singapore – Sydney sector as QF6050 today in order to move passengers who had been delayed in Singapore for 48 hours following the technical issue encountered by British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC on 5th October which caused the cancellation of BA15 Singapore – Sydney.

B747-400 G-CIVC Returns from Abu Dhabi.

British Airways Boeing 747-438 G-CIVC, which has been under maintenance at Singapore since March 7th, positioned Singapore – London Heathrow this morning as BA9174.

G-CIVC Departs from Singapore.

Following its technical issue yesterday British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC departed Singapore this evening as BA16 and routed Singapore – Abu Dhabi. Despite use of the BA16 callsign the flight does not appear to have been carrying passengers.

B747-400 G-CIVC Singapore Technical Issue.

British Airways Boeing 747-436 G-CIVC arrived into Singapore as BA15 from London Heathrow this evening however the onward service to Sydney has been cancelled indicating a technical issue with the aircraft.
