British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES operated BA227 London Heathrow – Atlanta this afternoon, however due to yesterday’s BA227 service operating 24 hours late there is no rested crew at Atlanta and therefore the return BA226 has been delayed overnight.

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES Returns from Mumbai.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES departed Mumbai this morning operating yesterday’s delayed BA198 Mumbai – London Heathrow as BA198D.

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES Returns from Gatwick Base.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES positioned London Gatwick – London Heathrow this morning as BA9152 after arriving as BA2166 from Tampa. The aircraft then operated BA257 London Heathrow – Delhi. The aircraft had been operating at London Gatwick since 18th June.

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES Returns from Gatwick Base.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES, which has been operating from London Gatwick since 23rd December, positioned London Gatwick – London Heathrow as BA9151 this morning after arriving as BA2154 from Bridgetown. The aircraft then operated BA115 London Heathrow – New York JFK.

BA CityFlyer E170 G-LCYG Operaes Multiple Charters.

BA CityFlyer Embraer 170 G-LCYG operated a Zurich – Edinburgh charter this morning as BA4524. The aircraft then positioned Edinburgh – Isle of Man as BA4549 late this morning in order to operate an Isle of Man – Palma charter rotation as BA4549/BA4500. The aircraft then positioned Isle of Man – Edinburgh, also as BA4500.

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES BA82 Birmingham Diversion.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES operating BA82 Abuja – London Heathrow diverted to Birmingham this afternoon due to storms around London Heathrow. The aircraft encountered a lightning strike on approach to Birmingham. Passengers therefore continued by road whilst the aircraft moved to Monarch engineering for inspection.

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES Mumbai Delay.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES arrived into Mumbai early this morning as BA199 from London Heathrow (depart London 29th April), however the return BA198 has been delayed overnight. We do not have confirmation as to whether this is a crew or a technical issue.

B777-200ER G-RAES Returns from Istanbul.

Following its diversion to Istanbul early on 27th December, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES positioned Istanbul – London Heathrow this morning as BA9171.

B777-200ER G-YMML Istanbul Rescue.

Following the diversion of Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES to Istanbul early this morning whilst operating BA105 London Heathrow – Dubai, sister G-YMML operated BA680 London Heathrow – Istanbul today then continued Istanbul – Dubai as BA105X.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES operating BA105 London Heathrow – Dubai (depart London Heathrow 26th December) diverted to Istanbul this morning due to a suspected oil leak on the right hand engine.

B777-200ER G-RAES Returns to London Heathrow.

After operating a single rotation from London Gatwick yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES positioned London Gatwick – London Heathrow early this afternoon as BA9157.

B777-200ER G-RAES Positions to London Gatwick.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES positioned London Heathrow – London Gatwick this morning as BA9156 in order to operate the BA2277/BA2276 London Gatwick – Las Vegas rotation.

B777-200ER G-RAES Remains in Miami Overnight.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES operated BA205 London Heathrow – Miami today however it did not return to Heathrow as BA204 as is normally the case. BA204 Miami – London Heathrow was instead operated by Boeing 747-436 G-BNLX which had arrived into Miami as BA209 from London Heathrow. As a consequence BA208 Miami – London Heathrow was cancelled.

BA2758/BA2759 London Gatwick – Amsterdam.

The BA67/BA66 cancellation occurred after boarding when the operating Boeing 777-236ER, believed to be G-RAES, encountered a technical issue.

G-RAES Returns from Miami.

G-RAES operated Miami – London Heathrow as BA9601 as a day flight departing very early this morning. This was the delayed BA204 of 20th July

British Airways B777-200ER G-RAES Delivered.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-RAES was delivered today. The aircraft is in an interim livery with the World Images blue lower fuselage and a plain white tail and brings the British Airways Boeing 777-200ER fleet up to eight aircraft.
