British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIV, which has been under maintenance at Singapore since 2nd December 2018, positioned Singapore – London Gatwick this afternoon as BA9179. Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIV departed Grenada this evening operating yesterday’s delayed BA2158 Grenada – St Lucia – London Gatwick. However the aircraft was delayed out of Grenada which meant the aircraft nightstopped at St Lucia as crew did not have sufficient hours to reach London Gatwick.
