British Airways Airbus A320 Seat Maps

British Airways operate several different configurations of Airbus A320 aircraft from both London Heathrow and London Gatwick.

In most instances you can tell which configuration you are scheduled to fly on by looking at the seat display in Manage My Booking at ba.com when selecting a seat.

Economy Class

If the seat display shows Economy Class ending at Row 29 and with no Row 13 then you are scheduled to fly on a CY168 Configuration Aircraft. These operate from London Heathrow and London Gatwick. These may show as Aircraft Type M0A in Manage My Booking.

If the seat display shows Economy Class ending at Row 28 you are scheduled to fly on a CY168 Pinnacle Configuration Aircraft. These operate from London Heathrow and London Gatwick. These may show as Aircraft Type 20A in Manage My Booking.

If the seat display shows Economy Class ending at Row 30 and the overwing exit rows at Row 12 and Row 13 you are scheduled to fly on a CY177 Configuration Aircraft. These normally operate from London Gatwick. These may show as Aircraft Type 20E in Manage My Booking.

If the seat display shows Economy Class ending at Row 30 and the overwing exit rows at Row 11 and Row 12 you are scheduled to fly on a CY180 Configuration Aircraft. These normally operate from London Heathrow.

Business Class

If the seat display shows Business Class starting at Row 1 and with only three seats in Row 1 you are scheduled to fly on a CY177 Configuration Aircraft. These normally operate from London Gatwick. These may show as Aircraft Type 20E in Manage My Booking.

On all other aircraft Business Class starts at Row 1 with six seats in Row 1. The cabin seat arrangement is identical unless seats extend back as far as the overwing exits. In which case see the above arrangements for Economy Class to help identify the configuration you are scheduled to fly on.
