Following its diversion yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIY departed New York JFK early this evening continuing yesterday’s diverted BA2233 London Gatwick – Bermuda, routing New York JFK – Bermuda as BA9601. The aircraft then positioned Bermuda – London Gatwick as BA9152.

On arrival at London Heathrow the aircraft positioned London Heathrow – London Gatwick as BA9171 and entered service from London Gatwick as BA2233 London Gatwick – Bermuda.

Following the hydraulic issue it encountered on 6th February, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIY departed St Lucia in the early hours of this morning operating the delayed BA2158 St Lucia – London Gatwick sector of 6th February as BA9605.

Following the B777-200ER technical issue at Tobago yesterday, British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIY operating BA2158 Port of Spain – St Lucia – London Gatwick instead operated Port of Spain – Tobago – St Lucia – London Gatwick this evening in order to deliver spares and engineering personnel to Tobago.

British Airways Boeing 777-236ER G-VIIY operating BA124 Doha – Bahrain – London Heathrow (depart Doha 21st June) arrived into Bahrain in the early hours of this morning, however the onward flight to London Heathrow has been delayed overnight. It is not clear whether this is due to a technical or crew issue.
